Objective Digital are a Sydney based user experience consultancy, set up in 2006 by user experience evangelist, James Breeze. Our team of 16 passionate User Experience Consultants aim to improve peoples experience of technologies such as websites, intranets and business applications by considering the needs of the user within the web development process.

We research the way in which people use websites and other technologies, using interviews, surveys, focus groups and desk research. We then develop a new interface design, including Interface Architecture and wireframe layouts, which will provide an optimised experience for the user. If required, we can then manage the web development.

At any stage of the development process we can undertake usability testing and eye tracking to uncover usability issues which need to be rectified.

In addition, we teach marketing practitioners and web developers to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of the user through our series of training courses.

We work with many of the large financial institutions and telcos, as well as with medium-sized businesses, government departments and universities and have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to improving the user experience.
