Usability Testing

We can conduct Usability Testing of your website, intranet or business application by setting up one on one interviews with (usually 6 or 12) real users. We take them through a set of tasks on your site, and uncover the key usability issues within your site designs.

Objective Digital offer Eye Tracking as a standard service within our Usability Tests. Our reports include a prioritised list of usability issues, visual examples of where the issues lie (using eye tracking gaze paths and heat maps), and actionable recommendations on how to fix the issues.

Usability Testing can be undertaken in our professional EyeTrackLab in Sydney, or your chosen alternative location. In addition, we offer usability testing training and eye tracking training.
